CANCELLATION POLICY: The registration fee, less a $50.00 handling charge will be refunded upon WRITTEN request if received by September 2, 2011.
NO REFUND REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.

Valet parking is $13 for daily event parking and $30 overnight.

Depending on the sponsorship level, full registration to the conference may be included in your sponsorship. If you are a sponsor and wish to sign up for the Conference using your complimentary registration(s), there is an option to "pay" as a sponsor when you complete your online registration. Sponsorship level will be confirmed by CMCP prior to finalizing such registrations.
